Service Description
This workshop is designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for those experiencing grief. We will go through a number of creative exercises to help reignite the creative parts your brain. You will be guided through exercises but can interpret them how you please in order to help you work through, escape from and simply survive grief. Anyone welcome, whether you have lost a person or part of yourself, all grief is valid. No one will be asked about the reason why they are in attendance or be pushed to talk about their experiences.
